SOUTHERN CORN BREAD STUFFING - HIGH

THE CORNBREAD: Set the oven to 425 degrees
- High-altitude dry stuffing cornbread ingredients:
- 3/4 cup celery, chopped
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- butter
- craisins or dried cranberries, to taste
- 2 cans chicken broth (add another can if you prefer)
- sage or poultry seasoning, to taste (if desired)
- 2 hard boiled eggs, yolk removed, chopped
- 1 1/2 cups yellow cornmeal
- 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- pinch of salt
- 2-4 tablespoons sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup oil
Auntie Ann's Pretzels

Sprinkle yeast on lukewarm water in mixing bowl; stir to dissolve
- 1 1/2 cup warm water
- 1 1/8 tsp. active yeast (1 1/2 pkg)
- 2 Tbs. brown sugar
- 1 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1 cup bread flour
- 3 cups regular flour
- 2 cups warm water
- 2 Tbs. baking soda
- To taste coarse salt
- 2 −4 Tbs. butter (melted)
Benihana's Fried Rice

Cook rice according to package directions
- 1 cup Uncooked rice
- 5 Teaspoons Butter
- 1 cup Chopped onion
- 1 cup Chopped carrots
- 2/3 cup Chopped scallions
- 3 Teaspoons Sesame seeds
- 5 Eggs
- 5 Teaspoons Soy sauce
- Salt
- Pepper
- I like to add Shrimp, or sometimes Chicken to this dish. Makes it taste much better.
Aunt Jamima Maple Syrup

Combine the first four ingredients in a saucepan over med
- 2 Cup Water
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 2 Cup Dark corn syrup
- 1/4 Teaspoon Salt
- 1 Teaspoon Maple flavoring
Bailey's Original Irish Cream

Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend at high speed for about 20 seconds
- 1 cup light cream
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 oz.)
- 1 2/3 cups Irish whiskey
- 1 teaspoon instant coffee
- 2 tablespoons chocolate syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon almond extract

•In a large bowl, combine the lime juice, water and sugar; stir until sugar is dissolved
- 1/2 cup lime juice
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 medium nectarines, thinly sliced
- 1 large firm banana, thinly sliced
- 1 pint blueberries
- 1 pint fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1-1/2 cups watermelon balls
- 1 cup green grapes
- 1 kiwifruit, peeled and chopped

In a bowl, combine the first six ingredients
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1-1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup milk
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
Ben & Jerry's Giant Chocolate Chip Cookies

Preheat the oven to 350F. Beat the butter and both sugars in a large mixing bowl until light and fluffy
- 1/2 cup Butter, room temperature
- 1/4 cup Granulated sugar
- 1/3 cup Brown sugar
- 1 Large egg
- 1/2 teas Vanilla extract
- 1 cup (+ 2 teas) All Purpose Flour
- 1/2 teas Salt
- 1/2 teas Baking Soda
- 1 cup Semisweet Chocolate Chips
- 1/2 cup Coarsely Chopped Walnuts
- Ice Cream in the Center of the Cookies is optional

- 1 Cup sugar
- 1/4 Teaspoon ground cinnamon

- 1 Dash ground ginger
- 1 Dash ground allspice

- 1/2 cup soft bread crumbs
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Dash cayenne pepper
- 1 can (6 ounces) crabmeat, drained, flaked and cartilage removed
- 30 medium fresh mushrooms
- 1 tablespoon Crisco® Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
