Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 1 1/2 tablespoons barbecue sauce
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 1 1/2 pounds ground sirloin

- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- dash garlic powder

- 8 Cups Flour
- 1 1/4 Cups Nonfat Dry Milk Powder

- For the pastry:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour, plus more as needed
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 7 Tbs. cold unsalted butter, cut into pieces
- 1/2 cup cold vegetable shortening, cut into
- pieces
- 3 Tbs. ice water
- 1 tsp. cider vinegar
- For the filling:
- 1 3/4 lb. sweet cherries, such as Royal Ann,
- Bing or Rainier, pitted
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 Tbs. all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp. kirsch or quetsch (plum liqueur)
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 Tbs. milk
- Vanilla ice cream for serving

- 2 packages Sister Schubert's Wheat Rolls with Honey Butter
- 1 1/4 cups light brown sugar
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, melted
- 1/4 cup corn syrup
- 4 medium, ripe bananas
- 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 6 large eggs
- 1 1/2 cups half and half
- 1 1/2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- Maple syrup
