Salsa Chicken Burrito Filling

Quick, easy burrito/taco filling that is delicious and freezes great! I serve this with tortillas, shredded Cheddar...
- 2 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
- 1 (4 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 1/4 cup salsa
- 1 (1.25 ounce) package taco seasoning mix
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon chili powder hot sauce to taste
Peppermint Patty Brownies (Gluten Free)

Heat oven to 350°F (325°F for dark or nonstick pan)
- Ingredients
- 1 box Betty Crocker® Gluten Free brownie mix
- Butter and eggs as called for on brownie box
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 1/2 teaspoons peppermint extract
- 2 1/2 to 3 cups gluten free powdered sugar
- 1 cup Betty Crocker® Rich & Creamy chocolate frosting
Mac and Cheese

Cook macaroni. Add slice of cheese and puree
- 1 box Macaroni and Cheese with white cheese sauce
- Add a slice of American cheese to make yellow
- 2-4 tablespoons of orange puree or white puree
Honey BBQ Chicken Nuggets

- 1/2 cup whole-wheat flour
- 2 large egg whites (about 6 tablespoons liquid egg whites)
- 1/2 cup Purple or Orange Puree

- 1/2 cup store-bought BBQ sauce, divided
- 2 tablespoons honey, divided
- 1/2 cup ground flax or wheat germ
- 1 cup crushed whole-grain cereal flakes (from about 2 cups of cereal)

- Salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste

In a saucepan, melt the butter with the olive oil, chicken broth, and White bean puree over low heat
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup chicken broth, ideally low sodium
- 1/4 cup white bean puree
- 4 cups cooked small pasta (elbows, ideally whole wheat)
- 3-4 tbsp parmesean cheese

Preheat oven to 350 and spray a 2 qt casserole dish with oil
- 1 can (10.75oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup low fat milk
- 1 tsp low sodium soy sauce
- 1/2 cup White Puree
- 2 tbsp oat bran
- one 16-20oz bag fresh or frozen green beans
- 1 cup canned fried onions
- 1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms

- 1 1/2 lbs chicken tenders (about 16 pieces)
- Canola cooking spray or canola oil
- 2 cups cornflake crumbs
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1/4 tsp. dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 4 egg whites, whisked
- 1 Tbsp. sesame oil
- Dipping Sauce Ingredients
- 1/2 cup whole-grain mustard
