  • 2 cans (15oz each) Progresso black beans, drained, rinsed
  • 2 cans (14.5oz each) fire roasted diced tomatoes, drained
  • 1 can (11oz) Green Giant chipotle white corn, drained
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 chipotle chile in adobo sauce, chopped
  • 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 tsp salt

In large bowl, mix all ingredients. Serve immediately or refrigerate until serving time.
