Chocolate Chip Pancakes

Mix all ingredients together
- 1 cup flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3/4 cup milk
- 2 Tbsp melted butter
- 2 eggs
- Add cocoa, sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon to taste.
- Add chocolate chips!

For the cupcakes: Position a rack in the middle of the oven and preheat to 300 degrees F

- 1 1/2 ounces fine-quality semisweet chocolate, chopped
- 1/4 cups prune juice

- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 drop food coloring (green), optional
- Chocolate wafer cookies
- Licorice strips
- Toasted coconut

- 1 small tomato, diced

- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 1 to 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro leaves

- 1 small garlic clove, minced
- Salt, to taste
- Quesadillas:
- 4 strips turkey bacon (about 3 ounces)
- 6 scallions,(white and green parts) thinly sliced
- 1 jalapeno, seeded and minced

- 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon ground coriander
- 3 (8-inch) multi-grain tortillas

- In a large bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line two baking sheets with parchment or a reusable Exopat.
- 1/4 cup Ancient Harvest Organic Quinoa Flour
- 1/4 cup Arrowhead Mills Organic Millet Flour
- 1/2 cup Authentic Foods Sorghum Flour
- 1/2 cup Bob's Red Mill Tapioca Flour
- 1/4 cup Bob's Red Mill Nutritional Yeast Flakes
- 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
