Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 1 package yellow cake mix
- 3 packages 3 oz sugar free pistachio pudding mix
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 4 eggs
Pizza Lasagna

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Sauce:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/4 cup yellow onion (diced)
- 1/4 green bell pepper (diced)
- 1 15oz jar pizza sauce
- 1 14.5 oz can diced tomatoes (undrained)
- 1 4.5oz jar sliced mushrooms (drained)
- 1 2.25oz can sliced olives (drained)
- 9 uncooked lasagna noodles
- 1 15-16 oz ricotta cheese
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella
- 1 8oz pkg pepperoni slices
- 2 - 3 tbs grated Parmesan cheese
Lemon Roasted Chicken

1. Position an oven rack in the upper third of the oven and preheat the oven to 400°F
- 1 whole chicken (2 - 4 pounds)
- 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice, plus 3 whole lemons
- 1 tablespoon kosher or coarse sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
Chicken Base (Bouillon)

Blend all ingredients in food processor until powdery
- 1 1/3 cup yeast flakes
- 3 TBS onion powder
- 2 1/2 TBS sea salt (52g)
- 1 TBS rice protein powder (hemp protein powder)
- 1 TBS sugar
- 2 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dried sage leaves
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
Sriracha Ketchup

Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl
- ½ cup Ketchup
- 2 Tablespoons Sriracha
- 3 Tablespoons Honey
- 1 teaspoon rice vinegar ?
Pork Sausage Orecchiette

Fill a large pot with salted water; cover and heat to boiling on high
- 16 oz Hot Italian Sausage
- 1 lb Orecchiette Pasta
- 1 lb Broccoli
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 bunch Sage
- ¼ cup shredded Parmesan Cheese
- 1 Shallot
- ¼ cup Cream
- 1 TBS white wine
- 2 TBS Crème Fraîche
- 2 TBS Butter
Roasted Summer Veggies

Preheat oven to 450 degrees
- 3 - 4 potatoes (cut into large chunks)
- 3 zucchini (cut into large chunks)
- 3 yellow squash (cut into large chunks)
- 3 tbs olive oil (divided)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning (optional)
Butter Cream Frosting

In a large bowl, cream shortening and butter
- 1/2 cup solid vegetable shortening
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter (softened)
- 1 tsp Wilton clear vanilla extract
- 4 cups sifted powdered sugar
- 2 - 3 tbs milk
Mom's Bread Dressing

In large skillet, cook beef and sausage until beef is no longer pink; drain
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 lb pork sausage w/ sage
- 6 ribs celery (chopped)
- 1 medium yellow onion (diced)
- 2 tsp poultry seasoning
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 8 slices of white bread
Za'atar Fish & Pearl Couscous

In a small bowl, combine yogurt and 1 tsp olive oil
- 4 skin-on fish filets (barramundi. grouper, sea bass, mahi mahi)
- 1 1/4 cup pearl couscous
- 2 zucchini (halved slices 1/4 " thick)
- 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
- 1 TBS rice vinegar
- 1/2 lb cocktail tomatoes (quartered)
- 2 green onions (sliced, greens & whites separated)
- 1 oz castelvetrano olives (pits removed, roughly chopped)
- 1 TBS chopped roasted almonds
- 1 TBS Za'atar seasoning
- Olive oil as needed
