Key West Tilapia

Season tilapia with season salt
- Seasoned salt (to taste)
- 1-2 pounds fresh farm-raised tilapia filets
- 2 tablespoons butter, divided
- 2 tablespoons fresh Italian parsley
- 1/4 cup white wine
- juice of 1 lemon
- 1 tsp flour
Shrimp & Pasta Primavera

Cook pasta as directed. Add shrimp & vegetables in the last 3-4 minutes
- 8 oz linguine
- 1 lb large raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 16 oz bag frozen broccoli stir fry
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 3/4 chicken broth
- 1/4 grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbs butter
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 tsp dill weed
- 1 tsp minced garlic (dried)
- 1 tsp minced onion (dried)
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp thyme leaves
Frijoles Negros (Black Beans)

In large saucepan, melt bacon fat until hot
- 3 15 oz cans black beans (rinsed, drained)
- 2 TBS bacon grease
- 1/2 yellow onion (diced)
- 1/4 green bell pepper (diced)
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 Roma tomato (diced)
- 1 tsp chicken bouillon
- 1 tsp sazon seasoning
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 TBS sofrito
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Juice from 1/4 of one lime
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
Pizza Sauce

Stir ingredients together in a saucepan
- 15 oz tomato puree
- 2.25 oz can chopped black olives (drained) (Optional)
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1/2 tsp basil
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp fennel seed
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp marjoram
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Margarita Cake

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Cake:
- 1 18.25 oz white cake mix
- 3 egg whites
- 1 10 oz can frozen margarita mix (thawed)
- 2 tbs vegetable oil
- 1 tbs grated lime peel
- 1 tbs lime juice
- Frosting:
- 1 8 oz pkg cream cheese (softened)
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (softened)
- 1 tsp lemon extract
- 1 tbs lime juice
- 5 cups powdered sugar
Chicken Pot Pie Bubble Bake

- 1 10.5 oz can cream of chicken soup
- 1 1/3 cups milk
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 15oz can whole new potatoes (quartered)
- 2 12.5oz cans chunk chicken
- 1 16oz bag frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 12oz can buttermilk biscuits (quartered)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Banana Pudding Trifle

- 8 oz cool whip (lite)
- Sweetened Condense milk (fat free)
- 5.1 oz Banana Instant Pudding (Sugar Free)
- 1 Angel Food Cake (Sugar Free)
- 1 can crushed pineapples (drained)
- 1 lb frozen strawberries (thawed)
- 1 lb bananas (sliced)
- 1 box vanilla wafers
Green Bean Casserole

- 12 oz can evaporated milk
- 2 TBS corn starch
- 1 TBS vegetable oil
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp white pepper
- pinch of sugar
- 4-6 mushrooms (finely chopped)
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 16oz bag frozen green beans (thawed)
- 1 can fried onions
Burrito Bowls
