Preheat oven to 325 degrees
- 3 egg whites
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 20 ritz crackers
- 3/4 pecan pieces
Easy Argo Gravy

In small saucepan, mix meat drippings and broth
- 2 tbs corn starch
- 2 tbs meat drippings
- 2 cups broth (beef or chicken)
- 1/4 cup cold water
- salt and pepper to taste
Spaghetti Light

In a large saucepan, heat tomato puree, white wine, garlic powder, basil, oregano, salt, and rosemary to boiling
- 28 oz tomato puree
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp basil
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp rosemary
- 8 oz cream cheese (Neufchâtel)
- 1 lb cooked Italian sausage or chicken breast (optional)
Lemon Grilled Chicken

In a small mixing bowl combine first nine ingredients
- 2 tbs olive oil
- 1/2 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 1/4 tsp dried thyme
- 1/4 tsp dried marjoram (or oregano)
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbs lemon juice
- lemon extract
- 4-6 skinless boneless chicken breasts (trimmed)
"Hormel" Chili (no Beans)

In large stockpot, cook bacon until browned
- 1 lb ground turkey (or beef)
- 4 slices bacon (diced)
- 6 cups cold water
- 1/4 cup corn starch
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 8 oz tomato sauce
- 4 TBS chili powder
- 1 TBS paprika
- 1 TBS onion flakes (dried)
- 2 tsp ground cumin
- 1/4 tsp oregano
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 TSP Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup Frito's (crushed)
Alfredo Sauce

In second large skillet, melt 2 TBS butter over medium heat
- 2 TBS unsalted butter
- 3 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1 pint heavy cream
- 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan (fresh)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp lemon pepper seasoning (optional)

- 1 14oz can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup butterscotch chips
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1 pkg graham crackers
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
Red Beans & Rice

In large skillet over medium high heat, cook bacon until crispy
- 3 slices thick cut bacon (diced)
- 12 oz bag mirepoix (or 3 ribs celery, 1 yellow onion, 1 green bell pepper - diced)
- 2 tsp minced garlic (or 3 garlic cloves minced)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp Cajun seasoning
- 12 oz andouille sausage (sliced into 1/4" coins)
- 4 14.5 oz cans red beans (drained & rinsed)
- 1 14.5 oz can diced tomatoes
- 8 oz chicken broth or stock
- 1 TBS dried parsley
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried thyme leaves (not powder)
- 1/4 tsp dried sage
- 3 bay leaves
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper or a few dabs of Tabasco or Louisiana sauce to taste (optional)
- 2/3 cup long grain rice
- 1 1/3 cup water

- 1⅛ lbs Chopped Chicken Breast
- 1 TBS olive oil
- 1 cup Jasmine Rice
- 2 cups water
- ½ lb Snow Peas
- ½ lb Sweet Peppers (sliced)

- 2 TBS Honey
- 2 TBS Soy Sauce
- 1 TBS Sesame Oil
- 1 TBS Sambal Oelek
- 2 TBS warm water
- 1 TBS Vegetarian Ponzu Sauce

King Ranch Chicken Casserole

- 1 medium white onion, diced
- 1 orange bell pepper, diced
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 3 TBS vegetable oil
- 2 chicken breasts (cooked, diced)
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 10-ounce can diced tomato and green chiles (Rotel)
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 2 tsp ground cumin
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- Twelve 6-inch corn tortillas
- 1 cup cheddar cheese (shredded)*
- 1 cup Monterrey Jack cheese (shredded)*
- *OR 2 cups shredded Colby jack
