Chicken Rotini Casserole

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 8 oz spiral pasta (Rotini)
- 3/4 cup yellow onion (diced)
- 1/2 celery (diced)
- 1/2 tsp minced garlic
- 1 TBS olive oil
- 3 cups cooked chicken breast (diced)
- 1 10.75 oz can cream of chicken soup
- 1 1/2 cups 2% milk
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp salt
Garlic Butter Dipping Sauce

Melt butter. Add garlic powder and salt
- ¼ cup salted butter
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Pinch of Salt ( very small)

Bring large saucepan of water and rice blend to boil
- 3 1/2 cups water
- 2 cups wild rice blend
- 4 chicken breast (diced)
- 2 TBS olive oil
- salt, black pepper, and thyme (to taste)
- 1/3 cup butter
- 1 onion (chopped)
- 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 14 oz can chicken broth
- 8 oz mushrooms (chopped)
- 3 oz pimentos (drained)
- 1 cup half-and-half
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan

- 4-6 quarts of water (per pound of noodles)

- 2 -3 lbs stew meat
- 1 yellow onion (diced)
- 4 cups of water
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper

- 1 TBS unsalted butter
- 1 1/2 TBS all-purpose flour
- 1 1/4 cups water
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 TBS Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Rice:
- 4 cups water
- 2 cups rice

- 1 medium onion (diced)
- 1/2 tsp salt

- 3/4 cup uncooked medium-grain white rice
- 1 cup water
- 2 small zucchini (1 lb) (halved, cut into 1/4" slices)
- 14.5 oz can diced tomatoes (drained)
- 19 oz can Progresso Vegetable Classics tomato basil soup
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (or cheddar)
