Egg Roll in a Bowl

Cook meat in large skillet until no longer pink
- 1 lb breakfast pork sausage (or turkey sausage)
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- 1 TBS minced ginger paste
- 1 TBS soy sauce
- 1 bag coleslaw mix
- 3 green onions (thinly sliced)
- 1 TBS sesame oil
Ranch House Pork Chops

Mix soup and ranch mix. Layer soup and pork chops in crock pot
- 6-9 pork chops (3/4-in thick)
- 1 pkg ranch dressing mix
- 10.75 oz cream of chicken soup
Chicken & Rice

Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- 2 lb diced chicken breast
- 1 TBS Cajun seasoning
- 16 oz frozen chopped broccoli
- 1 1/2 TBS olive oil
- 1 shallot (chopped) (or small onion)
- 4 garlic cloves (chopped)
- 1 cup long grained rice
- 1 cup water
- 10.75 oz cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 8 oz velveeta (cubed)
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- -----
- 1 10.75 oz cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup water
- 1/3 cup milk
- 8 oz Velveeta (cubed)
- 1 cup uncooked minute rice rice
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 4 chicken breasts (cubed)
- 1 16 oz pkg chopped broccoli
Tartar Sauce

In a small bowl, mix all ingredients until well blended
- 1 cup Hellman's mayonnaise
- 3 TBS pickle relish
- 1 TBS minced onion
Turkey Burgers (that taste like beef)

Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 pkg onion soup mix
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs
- 2 TBS Worcestershire sauce
- 1/3 TBS lite soy sauce (optional)
Oven Roasted Chicken Leg Quarters

Preheat oven to 300 degrees
- 6 bone-in chicken leg quarters (more if needed)
- Any seasoning preferred (i.e. lemon pepper, coconut curry, Cajun seasoning, seasoned salt, etc...)
- salt & pepper to taste (if needed)
Beef & Carrots w/ Zucchini Rice

In a medium pot, heat 1 TBS of olive oil on medium-high until hot
- 1 lb ground beef
- 3 TBS olive oil (divided)
- 1 cup Jasmine rice
- ¾ lb carrots (peeled, halved, sliced)
- 1 zucchini (sliced & quartered)
- 2 cloves garlic (peeled & chopped)
- 1 TBS dried parsley
- ¼ cup cream cheese (softened)
- 2 TBS golden raisins (or currants)
- 2 TBS Chicken Demi-Glace
- 1 TBS Za'atar Seasoning
- 1 lemon (juiced, seeds removed)
Giblet Gravy

1. Heat pan drippings in a large skillet over medium heat; gradually add flour and stir until golden brown
- 3 * 3 tablespoons turkey drippings
- 3 * 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 2 1/2 * 2 1/2 cups turkey stock
- 1/4 * 1/4 cup cooked turkey giblets, chopped
- 1/2 * 1/2 tablespoon chopped fresh sage
- 1/2 * 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- * salt to taste
Salisbury Steak

Soup: In large saucepan, heat oil and molasses
- French Onion Soup (Condensed):
- 1 cup onion (finely diced)
- 2 TBS olive oil
- 2 TBS molasses
- 1 1/2 cups beef stock (or broth)
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp onion powder
- 2 tsp salt
- 4 TBS corn starch
- 1/2 cup cold water
- Steaks:
- 3 lb ground beef
- 1 cup dry bread crumbs
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 TBS all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 2 TBS Worcestershire sauce
- 1 TBS yellow mustard
