Baked Pork Chops

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 6 pork chops
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. seasoning salt
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 cup all purpose flour
- 2 cups Italian style seasoned bread crumbs
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 (10.75 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/3 cup white wine
Quick and Easy Grilled Potatoes

- 2 large russet potatoes, scrubbed
- 2 tbsp. olive oil

Apricot-Almond Chicken Breasts

- 3/4 cup apricot preserves
- 1/4 cup reduced sodium chicken broth
- 1 tbsp. honey mustard
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds
Macaroni Coleslaw

- DRESSING:
- 1 pkg. (7 oz.) ring macaroni or ditalini
- 1 pkg. (16oz.) coleslaw mix
- 2 medium onions, finely chopped
- 2 celery ribs, finely chopped
- 1 medium cucumber, finely chopped
- 1 medium green pepper, finely chopped
- 1 can (8 oz.) whole water chestnuts, drained and chopped
- 1 1/2 cups reduced-fat salad dressing
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup cider vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Strawberry Cheesecake

Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar and butter
- 1 1/4 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup butter or margarine, melted
- 2 (10 oz.) packages frozen sweetened strawberries, thawed
- 1 tbsp. cornstarch
- 3 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
- 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 3 eggs
- 1 tbsp. water
Chicken Divan Lasagna

Fill a large pot with lightly salted water and bring to a rolling boil over high heat
- 8 lasagna noodles
- 4 skinless, boneless cicken breast halves
- 1 pinch seasoned salt, or to taste
- 1 pinch ground black pepper, or to taste
- 8 ozs. shredded Swiss cheese
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli cuts, thawed and drained
- 2 (10.5 oz.) cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 (10.75 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 10 fluid ozs. chicken broth
- 2 tsp. crushed dried rosemary
