Cheezy Zucchini Bake

combine tomatoes, squash, seasoning & cheddar cheese place in 1 1/2-qt casserole top w/ parmesan cheese & br
- 2 med tomatoes, peeled & cut into wedges
- 2 sm zucchini, sliced
- 2 sm. yellow summer squash, sliced
- 1/8 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp dried basil
- dash garlic powder
- 1/2 C shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 C grated parmesan cheese
- 1/3 C dry bread crumbs
- 1 C (4-oz) mozzarella cheese
Chicken Parmesan

preheat oven to 375 place chicken breasts btwn 2 pieces waxed paper & pound until are abt
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1-1/2 bread crumbs mixed w/ 1 tsp, Tuscan Sunset, Italian Herb or Pasta Sprinkle
- 1/2 C grated parmesan cheese, divided
- 1 TBL turkish oregano
- 1 TBL CA basil
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/2 C flour
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 3 TBL olive oil
- 1 16 oz jar marinara sauce, divided (or
- 15 -oz can tomato sauce plus 1 tsp tuscan sunset, italian herb, or pasta sprinkle)
- 1-1/2 C grated mozzarella cheese
- 8 oz dry pasta
Corn & Bacon Salad (Maque Choux)
