- 1/2 C lemon juice
- 1/4 C white wine vinegar
- 2 tsp grated lemon peel
- 3-4 garlic cloves, minced

Slow Cooker Pot Roast

- 1 (2 1/2 pound) boneless beef chuck

- 4 teaspoons olive oil
- 6 tablespoons sour cream
- 4-6 ounces shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 (16 ounce) jar salsa + taco sauce
- 2 cups cooked white rice
- 8 ounces boneless chicken breast halves, cooked and diced (season w/ taco seasoning before cooking)
