Triple Tomato Soup

Sooooo Gooooodddd :) I didn't totally blend it since my husband doesn't like finely blended soup & it was very goo
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 1 Tbsp. butter or olive oil
- 1 28-oz. can whole tomatoes
- 3/4 cup dried tomatoes (not oil packed)
- 1/2 of 6-ounce can no-salt-added tomato paste
- 1 14-oz. can reduced-sodium chicken broth or vegetable broth
- 1/2 cup sliced celery (1 stalk)
- 2 Tbsp. snipped fresh parsley or cilantro
- 2 to 3 tsp. lime juice or lemon juice
- Dairy sour cream
- Fresh Italian (flat-leaf) parsley
Double-Quick Shrimp Cocktail

- 1/4 cup prepared horseradish
- 2 tablespoons snipped chives or thinly sliced green onion tops
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 12 ounce jar seafood cocktail sauce or chili sauce
- 1 1/2 pound (60 to 75)frozen peeled and cooked shrimp (with tails), thawed

Chicken Picatta

- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon butter

Lacto-Fermented BBQ Sauce

- 1 c. tomato paste
- 6 TBS. raw honey
- 2 TBS. apple cider vinegar
- 2 TBS. coconut aminos (or fermented, non-GMO soy sauce)
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp. garlic
- 1/2 tsp. chili powder
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 TBS. whey
Spicy Skirt Steak with Avocado Dipping Sauce

- Avocado Dipping Sauce
- 1 English cucumber
- 1 medium avocado, peeled and pitted
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup roughly chopped fresh dill
- 2 Tbsp. lime juice
- 2 tsp. minced jalapeño chile peppers
- 1 tsp. minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
- Rub
- 2 tsp. kosher salt
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 tsp. chipotle chile powder
- 1/2 tsp. ground pepper
- 1/2 tsp. ground coriander
- 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
- 2 lb. skirt steak, trimmed of excess fat

Spinach Artichoke Dip with Blue Cheese and Bacon

- 1 cup sweet onion, coarsely chopped (1 large)
- 2 14 ounce cans artichoke hearts, drained and coarsely chopped
- 1 10 ounce box frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
- 1 cup chopped red sweet pepper
- 1 cup light mayonnaise dressing (do not use regular mayonnaise)
- 8 ounces cream cheese, cut up
- 4 ounces blue cheese, crumbled
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- Assorted crackers
Kickin' Chicken Chili

- 2 teaspoons ground cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon olive oil or cooking oil
- 1 16 ounce jargreen salsa
- 1 16 ounce packagefrozen pepper stir-fry vegetables (yellow, green, and red sweet peppers, and onion)
- 1 15 ounce cancannellini beans (white kidney beans), rinsed and drained
- 1 14 1/2ounce candiced tomatoes with onion and garlic
- Dairy sour cream (optional)
- Shredded cheese (optional)
