  • 2 poblano peppers, stem and seeds removed, cut in half lengthwise
  • For the dressing
  • 3 tablespoons raw pumpkin seeds

  • 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
