- 2 cups olive oil
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
- 1 teaspoon sea salt

- 1 16-ounce bottle buffalo wing hot sauce (2 cups)
- 1/4 cup tomato paste
- 2 tablespoons white or cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 8-ounce carton dairy sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese (2 ounces)
- 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper or bottled hot pepper sauce

- Optional garnishes:
- 2 pounds globe eggplant, about 2
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 garlic cloves, roughly chopped
- 1/8 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cumin
- extra-virgin olive oil
- a handful of fresh parsley leaves, minced

- 1 sweet red pepper, diced
- 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into 1" cubes
- 1 lb hot sausage, cut into 1" cubes
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 can crushed tomatoes
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 can tomato paste
- 4 bay leaves
- 1/2 T dried basil
- 1 t black pepper
- 2 t sea salt
- 1 1/2 T Mexican Chili Powder
- 1/2 T Smoked Paprika
- dash of Cayenne Pepper
- 3 Sweet Potatoes - add when there is 3 hours left on cook time

- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/4 cup finely snipped dried apricots
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon ancho chili powder or chili powder
- 6 ounces lean ground pork
- 6 ounces uncooked ground turkey breast
- Spiced Apricot Sauce
