PORTUQUESE DRY RUB

Barbeque season is here! Spice up with Portuguese dry rub mix
- Ingredients:
- 4 tablespoons of salt
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons of sweet paprika
- 2 teaspoons of crushed black pepper
- 2 teaspoons of cumin powder (optional)
- Optional if want a spicy blend (1 teaspoon of Piri Piri or Cayenne pepper powder)
Loaded Baked Potato Salad

In a large pot of salted water, add potatoes and cook until just fork tender
- 2 pounds red potatoes, skin on, washed
- 1 1/4 cups sour cream
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise

- 50 g (1/4 cup) granulated sugar, plus 50g (1/4 cup) extra
- 50 g (1/3 cup) all-purpose flour
