Granddaughter's Relleno Balls

Cook the meat, and then peel and cut up potatoes to small bite size pared boiled potatoes till just tender
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 3 Potatoes
- 6 Green Chili's
- 7 Eggs
- Flour
EASY BAKED CHEESE VEGETABLE TWIST

HEAT oven to 375ºF. MIX first 3 ingredients in large bowl until well blended
- 2 eggs
- 4 oz. (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Italian* Three Cheese Blend
- 3 cups frozen broccoli cuts, thawed, drained
- 1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, cut into quarters
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, cut in half
- 4 green onions, sliced
- 2 cans (8 oz. each) refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
MOM'S TAMALE PIE

Brown meat in oil,add onions,garlic,and green peppers
- 1 1/2 lbs ground stew meat
- 1/4 cup olive or salad oil
- 1 cup chopped green onions (2 bunches)
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- 2 green bell peppers chopped
- 2 1/2 cups canned tomatoes (no 2 can)
- 2 cups canned whole kernel corn (drained)
- 1 can cream corn (small)
- 1 can peas (drained) (small)
- 1 Tbs salt
- 1 Tbs chili powder
- few drops Tabasco sauce
- 1 Tbs pepper
- 1/2 cup corn meal
- 1 Tbs chili sauce
- 1 cup water
- 1 can pitted black olives (drained)
- Topping
- 1 1/2 cup milk (can be increased)
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 Tbs butter or margarine
- 1/2 cup corn meal (can be increased)
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 eggs
Cake Mix Chocolate Crinkles Cookies (with a little kick)

Mix together Cake Mix, Eggs and Oil until well combined

- 2 box Chocolate Fudge Cake Mix {15.25 oz.}
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup Canola or Vegetable Oil
- 1 1/2 Powdered Sugar

Dissolve yeast w/water and then combine all ingredients except flour
- FILLING:
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tablespoon yeast ( scant)
- 1 eggs
- 1/3 cup butter
- 1 1/2 cups milk, scalded ( cooled to lukewarm)
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon cornmeal
- 5 cups flour
- 1 pound ground beef
- 3/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- SAUCE:
- 1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 can (4 ounces) chopped green chilies
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 2 cups (8 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese

- 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
- 1-1/2 cups (6 ounces) shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 piece (4 ounces) Gouda cheese, shredded
- 1 can (4-1/4 ounces) chopped ripe olives, drained
- 2 tablespoons dried minced onion
- 1 tablespoon prepared mustard
- 3-1/2 teaspoons chili powder, divided
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 6 tablespoons butter
