- 3 tablespoons splenda brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

- Filling:
- 3 (8-ounce) lite or fat free packages cream cheese, at room temperature
- 1 (15-ounce) can pureed pumpkin
- 3 eggs plus 1 egg yolk
- 1/4 cup lite or fat free sour cream
- 1 1/2 cups splenda sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon fresh ground nutmeg
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
- 2 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
ZUCCHINI BROWNIE BREAD

Beat the eggs with the sugar in a bowl until fluffy
- 3 1/4 cups + 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 3 cups sugar
- 1 cup + 2 tablespoons chocolate
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
- 4.5 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1 1/2 cups applesauce
- 3 cups zucchini
- 0 pinch salt
CAESAR SALAD

FOR DRESSING : COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS IN JAR WITH TIGHT - FITTING LID AND SHAKE AND REFRIGERATE

- 1/2 CUP OIL
- 6 ANCHOVY FILLETS, DRAINED AND FINELY CHOPPED
- 1 GARLIC CLOVE, MINCED
- 1 1/2 TEA WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE
- 1/2 TEA SALT
- 1/2 TEA DRY MUSTARD
- 1/4 TEA FRESHLY GROUND PEPPER
- SALAD
- 1 EGG
- 1/2 GARIC CLOVE
- 2 LARGE BUNCHES ROMAINE LETTUCE
- 1/4 C. FRESH LEMON JUICE
- 1 C SEASONED CROUTONS
- 1/4 GRATED PARMESAN CHESSE

- 1/2 lb. butter, melted or 1/2 butter/lard
- 3 lb. all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3 pkg. active dry yeast
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- 1 cup lukewarm water (105-115°F)
- 12 eggs
