- 6 1/2 ounces pretzel sticks, gluten free
- 2 1/4 cups (15 3/4 ounces) sugar
- 12 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted and cooled
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 3 pounds (10 1/2 cups) frozen strawberries, thawed
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 4 1/2 teaspoons unflavored gelatin
- 1/2 cup cold water
Oven Barbecued Chicken

1. Adjust oven rack to upper-middle position, about 5 inches from upper heating element; heat oven to 325 degrees
- 1 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 3 tablespoons molasses
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 3 tablespoons cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts 6 to 7 ounces each (with tenderloins), patted dry with paper towels
- Salt and ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 1/2 cups cake flour
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 3/4 tsp baking soda
- 4 ounces cream cheese cut into 1/2" pieces and frozen 30 minutes
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter cut into 1/2" pieces and frozen 30 minutes
- 1 cup plus 1 tbsp buttermilk
