- 8 ounces 90 percent lean ground beef
- 1 cup canned pinto beans, rinsed
- 1 onion, halved and sliced thin
- 2 jalapeño chiles, stemmed, seeded, and minced
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 (8-ounce) can tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup water
- 3 tablespoons minced fresh cilantro
- Salt and pepper
- 12 (6-inch) corn tortillas
- 1 large egg, lightly beaten
- AVOCADO SAUCE
- 2 avocados, halved, pitted, and chopped coarse
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup water
- 3 tablespoons lime juice (2 limes)
- 2 tablespoons minced fresh cilantro

Sriracha Chicken Salad - Whitni's Version

My chicken salad is more of a process than a recipe
- 2 large chicken breasts, sliced in half and seasoned with garlic salt, garlic powder and pepper

- 1 3/4 -1 3/4 cups (8 3/4 oz) unbleached all purpose flour
- 1/2 -1/2 tsp baking soda
- 14 -14 Tbsp (1 3/4 sticks) unsalted butter
- 1/2 -1/2 cup (3 1/2 oz) grandulated sugar
- 3/4 -3/4 cup (5 1/4 oz) dark brown sugar
- 2 -2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 -1 tsp salt
- 1 -1 large egg and 1 large egg yolk
