- 1 (8 oz) block Monterey Jack cheese with peppers, shredded
- 1 (8 oz) block Colby cheese, shredded
- 1 (4 oz) jar diced pimiento, drained

- WHITE
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tea. grated onion
- 1/4 to 1/2 tea. hot sauce
- 1 (8 oz) black sharp white cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 (8 oz) black sharp Gruyere cheese, shredded (can substitute 8 oz. block swiss)

- 1 package spice cake mix
- 1 (3.4 oz) package instant vanilla pudding
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 3 eggs
- 2 tea. pumpkin pie spice
- 2 cups cold milk
- 2 (3.4 oz) packages cheesecake flavor instant pudding and pie filling
- 2 cups whipped topping
- 1 cup chopped toasted pecans
- 1 cup English toffee bits

- CRUST:
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1/3 cup butter, melted
- SWEET POTATO MIXTURE:
- 3 cups cooked and mashed sweet potatoes
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 tea. salt
- 1 tea. vanilla
- 2 eggs, well beate3n
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, melted

Buffalo Chicken Lettuce Wraps

- Wraps:
- 24 oz. boneless skinless chicken breast
- 1 celery stalk
- 1/2 onion, diced
- 1 clove garlic
- 16 oz. chicken broth
- 1/2 cup Frank's pepper sauce
- 6 large lettuce leaves
- 1 1/2 cups shredded carrots
- 2 large celery stalks, cut into 2" matchsticks

- 2 Tbsp. butter, softened
- 1/2 tea. garlic, minced
- 1/4 tea. crushed red ppper flakes
- 1 egg, sightly beaten
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 cup parmesan cheese, freshly grated
- 8 sliced sourdough bread
- 12 oz. turkey breast, thinly sliced
- 1 avocado, peeled, sseeded and thinly sliced
- 1 tomato, thinly sliced
- 2 Tbsp. fresh cilantro, chopped
- 4 slices red onions, separated into rings
- 4 oz. monterey jack cheese slices
