- 1 1/3 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/3 cup real bacon bits
- 1/3 cup chopped jalapeno
- /2 ta. garlic salt

- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup mashed bananas (3 medium sized bananas)
- 4 tablespoons buttermilk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon baking soda
Candied Acorn Squash

- 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tea. liquid smoke
- 1/2 tea. lemon juice
- 1/2 tea. black pepper
- 1/2 tea. hot sauce (suggests Tabasco)
