- 4 cups fresh or frozen corn, thawed
- 1 can (4 oz.) diced green chilies

- 1/4 tea. garlic salt
- 1/8 tea. salt
- 1/8 tea. cayenne pepper

- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 Tbsp. cinnamon
- 2 1/2 tea. New Mexican Red Chile Powder
- 2 cans (16.3oz each) Pillsbury Grands Homestyle refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
- 1 stick (1/2 cup) butter
- 34 / cup brown sugar
- 1 tea. cayenne pepper
Sweet Potatoes - Candied w/ oranges and cinnamon sticks

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- 3 pounds sweet potatoes, peeled and sliced crosswise in 1/4-inch-thick rounds
- 1 orange, thinly sliced into rounds
- 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter
- 1 cup light brown sugar, packed
- 3 cinnamon sticks
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
