- 1/2 cup sesame oil

- 4 large green peppers seeded
- 4 large onions cut into wedges
- 4 cans(6ounces each)tomato paste
- 1 cup canola oil
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup salt
- 8 garlic cloves minced
- 4 tsps dried oregano
- 2 tsps dried parsley flakes
- 2 tsps dried basil
- 2 tsps crushed red pepper flakes
- 2 tsps Worcestershire sauce
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 cup plus 2 Tbs bottled lemon juice

In a small bowl, beat cream cheese and dressing mix until blended
- 2 pkg.(8oz.each)cream cheese,softened
- 1 envelope ranch salad dressing mix
- 5 green onions,chopped
- 1 can(4oz.)chopped green chilies,drained
- 1 can(3.8oz)sliced ripe olives,drained
- 1 celery rib ,chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped sweet red pepper
- 2 to 3 Tbsp.real bacon bits

- 2 cups mashed potatoes(without added milk & butter)
- 1 egg,lightly beaten
- 1 Tbsp.minced chives
- 1 tsp.minced fresh parsley

- 1/8 tsp.pepper
- dash dried rosemary,crushed
- 1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

- 1-1/4 cups beef broth
- 1 can(8oz.) tomato sauce

- 1 onion,chopped
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. paprika
- pinch dried thyme
- pinch ground cumin
- pinch cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp. hot pepper sauce
- 1 lb.uncooked shrimp,cleaned
- 1/2 lb.fully cooked andouille sausage links,halved lengthwise and cut into 1/2-in. slices
