- 3 Tbs.sliced black olives
- 2 Tbs. chopped fresh basil

- 1 pkg no boil lasagna
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

- 4 lbs.beef,cut into 1 in. cubes

- 2 large onions
- 1/2 lb. large carrots,cut into medium dice

- 1 stalk celery,cut into medium dice
