- 1-1/2 cups milk

Slow Cooker Stew

- 1 lb. beef stew meat

- 1 can beef broth

- 1 onion,chopped
- 3 bay leaves

- 1 6 1/2 oz. can tuna,water packed,drained and flaked
- 1 cup shredded zucchini
- 2 eggs,lightly beaten
- 1/3 cup minced fresh parsley
- 1 tsp.lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp.salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 cup seasoned bread crumbs,divided
- 2 Tbsp.canola oil

- 1 cup light syrup

- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 heaping teaspoon soda
