- 2 cups cider vinegar
- 2 cinnamon sticks (3in)

- 1 tsp. whole allspice

- 1 tsp. ginger
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- FILLING
- 1 cup confectioners sugar
- 4 Tbs. butter
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 8 oz.cream cheese,softened

- 1-1/2 lbs boneless beef sirloin steak cut into 1/2-in strips
- 2 tsp.olive oil
- 1/2 cup chopped onion 1-1/2 tsp. minced garlic
- 1 can(10-3/4oz.) condensed cream of mushroom soup,undiluted
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup half-and-half cream
- 1/3 cup brewed coffee
- 2 envelopes brown gravy mix
- 5 cups uncooked egg noodles
- 1 cup(8oz.)sour cream
- 1/2 tsp.paprika
- 1/4 tsp.pepper

- 1 8 count crescent rolls
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 3 oz. cream cheese(softened)
- 3 Tbs. butter

- 2 Tbs. milk
- 2 cups chopped cooked chicken

Heat oven to 400 degrees.In large mixing bowl,combine meatball ingredients

- 1 lb.ground vension
- 1/2 cup dry garlic-and-herb bread crumbs
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 Tbs.chopped onion
- 1 Tbs.Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsps.catsup
- 1 tsp.salt
- 2 cups catsup
- 1/2 cup salsa (hot or mild)
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/3 cup chopped onion
- 2 Tbs. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tbs. dark molasses
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard

- 2 Tbsp.grated Parmesan

- 12 sprigs fresh dill
- 12 garlic cloves,smashed
- 12 whole cloves
- 1/4 cup dill seeds
- 1/4 cup mustard seeds
- 1/4 cup kosher salt
- 3 pounds green beans,ends trimmed to leave 1/2 inch headspace in jars
- 5 cups apple cider vinegar
