Into this bath, place the fruits and vegetables that are to be treated
- 1/2 tsp of Clorox***(USE ONLY CLOROX!!!)
- 1 gallon of water

- 2 sticks (1 cup) plus 1 tbsp butter
- 1 # extra-sharp cheddar
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 tsp cayenne
- Parchment paper for lining baking sheets
Chicken Piccata

Put chicken breasts between two sheets of plastic wrap; pound to flatten to about 1/4 inch
- 6 to 8 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp freshly ground pepper
- 1/2 tsp parika to taste
- 3 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 3 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 6 to 8 slices of lemon
- 3 tbsp capers
Appetizer/Olive Tapenade

Puree chopped olives, parsley, garlic, capers and lemon juice in a blender
- 4.25 oz calamata olives or 2cans chopped olives
- 1/4 cup fresh parslet sprigs
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp capers, drained
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- Optional: Add 3-4 unsalted anchovy fillets.
Salad Dressing/Tarragon Dressing

- 1 tbsp tarragon wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp grated lemon zest
- 1/4 tspsalt
- Pinch of white pepper
- 5 tbsp olive oil
Sauce/Maple-Chipotle Barbecue Sauce

In a blender, combine the chipotles with the ketchup, maple syrup, broth and allspice
- 3 large chipotle chilis in adobo, stems discarded
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/8 tsp allspice
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 medium onion, minced
- 2 large clove garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
