Ribs with a Kick

In a lg. saucepan, saute onions and garlic in butter until tender
- 2 med. onions, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 c. packed brown sugar
- 1 c. water
- 1 c. ketchup
- 3 Tbsp. white vinegar
- 3 Tbsp. worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp. ground mustard
- 2 tsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. onion salt
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 5-6 lbs baby back ribs, cut into serving size pieces
Marinated Chicken Breasts

- 2 c. lemon-lime soda
- 1 c. soya sauce
- 1/2 c. olive oil
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. prepared horseradish (optional)
