Rogers Whole Grain Bread

Roger's Mill Bread Recipe
- 1/2 cup warm water
- 1 tsp. honey
- 2 Tbsp. yeast
- Dissolve yeast and honey in warm water and let stand 10 minutes.
- 3 1/2 cups warm water
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 Tbsp. molasses
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 7 cups Rogers Whole Grain Flour
- 4 tsp salt
- 3 1/2- 4 1/2 cups Rogers All Purpose Flour
Tex/Mex Soup

Linda's Soup
- 1 can (796 mL) diced tomatoes
- 1 can (540 mL) Alymer Accents Spicy Red Pepper tomatoes
- 1 can pinto beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 can Romano beans (or black-eye peas), rinsed and drained
- 1 can corn, NOT drained
- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 pound Velveeta cheese, cubed into approx. 1 inch pieces
