CRANBERRY MAYONNAISE

- 1/2 cup of mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup whole cranberry or jellied
- 1/4 tsp orange peel
COUNTRY SEED BREAD

Toast seeds on a baking sheet in a 350*F (175*C) oven for 4 minutes; let cool completely
- 3/4 cup water
- 4 teaspoons honey
- 4 teaspoons canola oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/3 cups bread flour
- 2/3 cup whole wheat flour
- 3 tablespoons flax seed
- 4 teaspoons sesame seeds
- 2 teaspoons poppy seeds
- 1 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast
CARAMEL BARS

Melt caramel and milk over low heat, stir often
- 1/2 c. Evaporated milk
- 1-1/2 bag of caramels (14 oz. bag)
- 1-1/2 C. butter, softened
- 1-1/2 C. brown sugar
- 2 C. flour
- 2 C. oatmeal
- 1 tsp. soda
- 1 C. chocolate chips
- 1 C. walnuts
LEBKUCHEN CAKE WITH WHITE CHOCOLATE FROSTING

For syrup: Using vegetable peeler, remove peel (orange part only) from oranges in strips
- Honey Syrup
- 2 to 3 large oranges
- 1/2 cup honey
- 2/3 cup orange juice
- Cake
- 3/4 cup (1 1/2 sticks) unsalted butter, room temperature
- 3/4 cup firmly packed golden brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/4 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 3/4 teaspoon ground cloves
- 3/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 3/4 teaspoon ground allspice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 large eggs, room temperature
- 1 3/4 cups all purpose flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
- 3/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 2/3 cup half and half
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2/3 cup dried currants
- Frosting
- 12 ounces imported white chocolate (such as Lindt), chopped
- 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, room temperature
- 12 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
- 3 cups toasted sliced almonds
- Orange slices or orange peel ribbon
DILL BREAD

Place ingredients in the bread machine pan in the order suggested by the manufacturer
- 3/4 cup 3/4 cup cottage cheese
- 3/4 cup 3/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup 1/4 cup water
- 1 1/2 tablespoons 1 1/2 tablespoons butter
- 1 large 1 large egg
- 3 1/3 cups 3 1/3 cups white bread flour
- 3 tablespoons 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 3 tablespoons 3 tablespoons dried onions, minced
- 2 tablespoons 2 tablespoons dill seed, whole
- 1/4 teaspoons 1/4 teaspoons baking soda
- 2 1/2 teaspoons 2 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast
CRANBERRY NUT BARS

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease an 8-inch baking pan
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup flour
- 1/3 cup butter or margarine, melted
- 1 1/4 cups Ocean Spray® Fresh or Frozen Cranberries
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
NIGHT BEFORE CHRISTMAS COFFEE CAKE

Cream together sugar and butter
- Topping:
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 beaten eggs
- 1/2 cup warm milk
- 1 pkg yeast (2 teaspoons bulk yeast) dissolved in 3 tablespoons warm water
- 3 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 4 tablespoons melted butter or margarine
- 1/2 cup nuts or maraschino cherries, candied red or green cherries
ITALIAN BREAD

Place the first 6 ingredients into your bread machine in the order suggested by the manufacturer
- 3 cups unbleached all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon honey or sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1 1/8 cups warm water (110*F/45*C)
- 1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast
- Water for brushing
- 1 large egg white mixed with 1 tablespoon water
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 1 tablespoon cornmeal
RASPBERRY BARS
