PUPPY CHOW

Melt first 3 ingredients together
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 c. peanut butter
- 1 large bag chocolate chips .
- 1 box rice chex
- 2 c. powdered sugar
LIGHT RYE BREAD

Place ingredients in the bread machine pan in the order suggested by the manufacturer
- 1cup1 cup plus 2 tablespoons water
- 1tablespoon1 tablespoon canola or vegetable oil
- 2 1/4cups2 1/4 cups unbleached white bread flour
- 3/4cup3/4 cup rye flour
- 2 1/2tablespoons2 1/2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 1/4teaspoons1 1/4 teaspoons salt
- 1tablespoon1 tablespoon stone ground corn meal
- 2teaspoons2 teaspoons caraway seeds
- 2teaspoons2 teaspoons active dry yeast
RASPBERRY BARS II

Cream margarine and sugar until light and fluffy
- 1/4 c. margarine
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1-1/2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. soda
- 1-1/2 c. oatmeal
- 1 – 10 oz. jar raspberry preserves
CARMEL ROLLS FROM FROZEN BREAD

Let bread dough thaw, but not rise
- Sauce:
- 2 loaves frozen bread dough
- 1 stick margarine, melted
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1 large pkg. vanilla pudding mix, not instant
- 2 tbsp. milk
- Cinnamon to taste
CARROT CUPCAKES WITH CREAM CHEESE FROSTING

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F
- 3/4 cup whole-wheat pastry flour
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 cup canola oil
- 3/4 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup natural applesauce
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 1/2 cups finely shredded carrots (about 2 medium carrots)
- 1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons finely chopped walnuts
- 4 ounces 1/3 fat cream cheese (recommended: Neufchatel)
- 3/4 cup confectioners' sugar, sifted
- 1/2 teaspoon finely grated lemon zest
GOOD SEASONS ITALIAN DRESSING CLONE

Combine well the ingredients below the line (dry) in a ziploc bag
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/2 tablespoon fresh garlic, minced (optional)
- 3 T water
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1 tablespoon Mrs. Dash
- 1 tablespoon Lawry's Garlic Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
- 1/2 tablespoon fresh garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/8 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/8 teaspoon oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon basil
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon celery seeds
- 1 1/2 teaspoons sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 2 teaspoons dry pectin
PEPPER STEAK STIR FRY

Slice steak into thin strips
- 1 large piece of sirloin steak
- 1 large onion
- 1 large green pepper
- Sliced fresh mushrooms
- Fresh garlic
- 1 8 oz can of tomato sauce
- Worcestershire Sauce
- Salt
- Pepper
FLOURLESS CHOCOLATE CAKE

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F
- 16 oz. Belgian dark chocolate (or use your favorite dark chocolate bars)
- 1 cup organic light brown sugar, packed
- 1/2 cup organic white cane sugar
- 3/4 cup very hot strong coffee (or use espresso powder in very hot water)
- 2 sticks unsalted butter, room temperature, cut into pieces
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened organic cocoa powder
- 8 large organic free-range eggs, at room temperature
- 1 tablespoon bourbon vanilla extract- yes, a tablespoon!
BUFFALO CHICKEN WING SAUCE

Roast the cayenne peppers on a pan over medium high flame
- 2 c. dry cayenne peppers
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/3 c. chopped onion
- 1 chopped garlic
- 1/3 c. chopped tomato
- 1 c. white vinegar
- 1 stick of butter
- 1 bottle of Louisiana Hot Sauce
- 1/2 of the juice of 1 lemon
- 1 tsp. honey
- 1/4 c. ketchup
SMOKED GOUDA RED PEPPER CHEESE SPREAD

Mix cheeses in medium bowl
- 1 # smoked Gouda, rind removed and grated
- 1/2 # grated extra sharp cheddar
- 1-1/2 tbsp. finely minced red onion
- 1/2 tbsp. finely minced scallion
- 1 tsp. chopped garlic
- 2 tsp. red wine vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
- 1/2 12 oz. jar roasted red bell peppers, chopped
- 3/4 c. mayonnaise
- 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
- Salt and pepper to taste
