Ingredients
- Saute a medium onion and 2 T. butter
- Add: 2 T. vinegar
- 4 T. brown sugar
- 3 T. lemon juice
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup dried parsley
- 1/2 t. mustard
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 T. worch. sauce
- 1 lb. sausage cut into bite size pieces

Cook 40 minutes in a pan on stove and serve over rice
