Ingredients
- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 1 jar - 15oz. meatless spag. sauce
- 1 - 15 oz. ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 t. salt and pepper
- 8 oz. rigatoni noodles, cooked and drained about 7-8 minutes
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Preparation
Step 1
In a large skillet cook beef with onion and garlic. Drain well. Stir in spag. sauce and salt and pepper. Reduce heat; simmer 10 minutes. In a bowl combine ricotta & milk. Add cooked rigatoni; toss and coat well. Spoon into a 9x13 inch pan, then top with mozz. cheese, then top with spag. sauce. Sprinkle with parm. cheese; bake 20 minutes at 350.
