  • 5 cups cooked cubed peeled potatoes
  • 1 1/2 cups (12 oz) sour cream
  • 1 1/4 cups shredded Swiss cheese, divided
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrot
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon dill weed
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika

Step 1

In a bowl, combine the potatoes, sour cream, 1 cup of cheese, carrot, onion, parsley, salt, dill and pepper. Transfer to a greased 8 inch square baking dish. Sprinkle with paprika and remaining cheese. Bake, uncovered, at 350 for 25-35 min. or until bubbly
