Ingredients
- 6 Pork loin or rib chops, 3/4 inches thick
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoon Vinegar
- 2 teaspoon Brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon Pepper, black
- 1/2 teaspoon Chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Paprika
- 3/4 cup Ketchup
- 1/3 cup Hot water

Step 1
Place chops in heavy cast-iron skillet or baking dish. Combine all remaining ingredients; pour over chops. Bake, covered for 45 minutes and uncovered for 15 minutes, at 375° F.
