Stuffed Cabbage Casserole

Ingredients
- 1 lb. lean ground beef or turkey
- 1/2 cup instant brown rice
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 can stewed tomatoes
- 4 cups cabbage or one bag coleslaw mix
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- salt and pepper [I added about a teaspoon of each]

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Brown the ground beef. Drain. Saute onion until soft. In a large bowl, mix everything else into the meat. Pour into an ungreased 9 x 13 casserole dish, cover and bake for 60 minutes.
