Ingredients

  • 16 ounces frozen potato cubes
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 6 T melted butter/margarine
  • 16 ounces of sour cream
  • 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
  • Mix soup, butter, and sour cream
  • Pour over potatoes in 9 x 13 baking dish
  • Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees
  • Top with cheese and return to oven until cheese is melted
