Ingredients
- 16 ounces frozen potato cubes
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 6 T melted butter/margarine
- 16 ounces of sour cream
- 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
- Mix soup, butter, and sour cream
- Pour over potatoes in 9 x 13 baking dish
- Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees
- Top with cheese and return to oven until cheese is melted
