Ingredients
- 11/2 C. Penne Pasta, uncooked
- 1 Pkg. Fresh Baby Spinach Leaves
- 1 lb. Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
- 1 tsp. Fresh Basil Leaves, chopped
- 11/2 C. Pasta Sauce
- 12/3 C. ( 1/2 of 796 ml can ) diced tomatoes, drained
- 1/4 C. Philadelphia cream Cheese Spread
- 1 C. Mozzarella Shredded Cheese, divided
- 2 Tbsp. Parmesan Grated Cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375. Cook pasta, adding spinach to boiling water for last 1 min. Cook & stir chicken & basil in lg. nonstick skillet on med-high heat for 3 min. Add pasta sauce & tomatoes; bring to a boil. Simmer 3 min. or till chicken is done. Stir in cream cheese spread. Drain pasta mixture; return to pan. Add chicken mixture & 1/2 C. mozzarella. Spoon into 2-L baking dish. Bake 20 min. Sprinkle with remaining cheeses. Bake 3 min.
