  • 4-6 medium potatoes, cut into small pieces
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/3 ctick margarine
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1/2 cup water

Step 1

Put cut potatoes into greased casserole; add salt and pepper, margarine, soup and water. Stir lightly. Bake covered in a 350 oven. 1 1/2 hours.
