Ingredients
- 9 Tbsp. butter
- 12 whole small carrots, scraped and sliced
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- pinch of marjoram

Preparation
Step 1
Melt 5 Tbsp. butter in pan and add carrots, salt and a good pinch of marjoram. Cover and cook very gently over low heat until carrots are tender. Add remaining 4 Tbsp. melted butter and honey; let mixture boil up to 3 minutes, shaking the pan so carrots are covered and glazed with sauce.
