Green Chili Pork Chops

Ingredients
- 4-6 pork chops, bone-in or boneless (if thick cut will just cook longer)
- 1 T. ground cumin
- 1 T. green chili powder
- 2 t. onion powder
- 1 t. salt
- 1 t. pepper
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/2 yellow onion, sliced
- 5 roasted, peeled and chopped green chilis (or 1 small can)

Preparation
Step 1
Mix dry ingredients and rub on pork chops. Place pork chops in a baking dish that has been sprayed with cooking spray. Top with garlic, onions, and green chilis. Cover the baking dish and baked at 350 F for 30-45 minutes depending on the thickness.
