Ingredients

  • 4-6 pork chops, bone-in or boneless (if thick cut will just cook longer)
  • 1 T. ground cumin
  • 1 T. green chili powder
  • 2 t. onion powder
  • 1 t. salt
  • 1 t. pepper
  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1/2 yellow onion, sliced
  • 5 roasted, peeled and chopped green chilis (or 1 small can)

Preparation

Step 1

Mix dry ingredients and rub on pork chops. Place pork chops in a baking dish that has been sprayed with cooking spray. Top with garlic, onions, and green chilis. Cover the baking dish and baked at 350 F for 30-45 minutes depending on the thickness.
