Ingredients

  • 1 (8oz) package of cream cheese - softened
  • 1 (14oz) can of artichoke hearts drained
  • 2 cups mayo
  • 1-3/4 cups grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 Box of crackers or tortilla chips

Preparation

Step 1

Beat the cream cheese until smooth.
Mash artichoke hearts then add to cream cheese and stir well.
Stir in mayo and parmesan.
Spoon mixture into 11x7 dish.
Bake uncovered at 350 for 20 min or until hot.

Serve with crackers or scoops.
