Ingredients
- 10 each garlic cloves, food processor
- 1 pound rock shrimp
- 3 tablespoons canola or olive oil
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 1 stick butter
- 1/2 cup parsley, food processor
- 2 large roma tomato, peeled and diced
- 2 cups penne pasta, cooked
- 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated

Preparation
Step 1
Saute garlic and shrimp in oil
Add lemon juice and wine- cook down a little
Add butter, parsley, tomatoes - salt and pepper to taste
Add pasta and parmesan cheese
Serve Immediately
