Bermuda's Boom Boom Shrimp

  • Chile Garlic Mayonnaise:
  • 1 cup small shrimp (41/50)
  • 1 cup cornstarch
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • 1/4 cup chile garlic sauce (look in Asian aisle of grocer)
  • 4 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
  • Chopped fresh cilantro



Step 1

Mix cornstarch and bread crumbs. Dredge shrimp in mixture. Fry for 45-60 seconds in 350 degree fryer.

Toss in chili garlic mayonnaise.

Garnish with cilantro.
