Ingredients

  • 2 pound pork loin
  • BBQ Dry Rub
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 15.5 ounce can Bush Baked Beans
  • 1 15.5 ounce can black beans
  • 1 15.5 ounce can hominy
  • 3/4 cup barbeque sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar

Step 1

Rub the pork loin with the dry rub. Place in the crockpot; add water and onion. Cover and cook on LOW for 4 hours.

Drain off liquids.

Stir together baked beans, black beans, hominy, barbeque sauce and brown sugar. Pour over pork loin. Cook 2-3 hours longer.
