Ingredients
- 1 jar Dried Beef
- 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 2 T. horseradish

Preparation
Step 1
Combine the cream cheese and the horseradish together. Spread this mixture onto the beef slices. Chill. Cut in half. Serve with cocktail picks.
NOTE: This works very well on Hard Salami. It is not as salty as the dried beef.
