Ingredients

  • 3/4 c. vegetable oil
  • 1/3 c. soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/4 c. white vinegar
  • 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp. prepared mustard
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. dried parsley flakes
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 6 bone-in pork chops (1" thick)

Preparation

Step 1

In a large resealable plastic bag, add the first 10 ingredients; add pork. Seal bag and turn to coat; refrigerate overnight.
Drain and discard marinade. Grill, covered, over medium heat, for 10 to 17 minutes on each side or until a meat thermometer reaches 160 degrees.
